Conditions Governing the Services to be Provided.
The Client shall be responsible for
a) The provision of the facility where the Seminar will be held;
b) Inviting the Participants;
c) Provision of All Audio/Visual Equipment;
d) Coffee, Water and refreshments as appropriate.
e) Payment in advance
[i] Of 50% of the Seminar/Workshop fees;
[ii] The estimate cost of land and Air Transportation & Hotel Accommodation for Two of RCITC. Air travel will be based on the lowest business class fare available at the time of booking.
f) Payment on receipt of the invoice from RCITC after the Seminar
[i] Of the balance owing if any of travel and hotel cost; and
[ii] Any other disbursement made on behalf of the Client related to the seminar presentation.
