Well UNDERTAKINGS may be the answer for you. While UNDERTAKINGS do not make the anti-dumping proceedings go away, it is an acceptable alternative solution to participating in a full blown investigation.
UNDERTAKINGS, if accepted, suspends the anti-dumping investigation indefinitely, until it is renewed or terminated after a review.
The seminar introduces participants into the world of UNDERTAKINGS.
